I'm having this weird issue the is effecting the electronics in my apartment since May of 2023.. it initially started I'm with my phone than effecting the the phones, tablets, game console, TV's in my apartment. So I'm hearing something like a pss pss sound almost feels like it's trying to get your attention. At times Iit seems like a male is doing that sound but the majority of the time it sounds like a female is doing it. These sounds happen every day, but at times not continuous. I have factory reset my phone/ tv / Nintendo switch multiple times and the noise still occurs, I purchased Norton 360 and it still happens. In regards to my older brother room and devices it's more like the sound of people running in a basket ball court half the time. I have bought a new TV and it makes the same noise. When people come over their devices are affected. Prior to May 2023 we had no issue with this weird noise and I did forget to mention that we had good cell signal and now we don't . I have heard this noise coming from the speakers of the grocery store, at my mother's doctors offices, and coming from car radios. Somethings I have noticed is that the majority of the time I leave my room my TV in that room starts making those noises. Another is in some instances it sounds like the audio is being played twice but over each other almost like an echo. Lastly the thing that is actually taking a toll on me is that at times it almost sounds like someone is trying to speak to you and like previous stated at times the tone changes that I can tell that it's like a male or female ks trying to speak.
I am so sorry if I'm in the wrong section and I know it sounds crazy but I just want help with this. I have uploaded videos recently to my X account at royal_blueocean and I also uploaded screen recording if you go pas those initial 3 videos I have.
Like the name suggests I don't know if this is some soft of malware/ virus if it's cyber stalking please help.

Sorry anon I carefully listened to all three videos at max volume but I can't hear anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone else hear this? Have you tried switching out your modem/router for a new one in case it is indeed a wi-fi virus? Malware can spread through a wifi network. Is this affecting ALL appliances such as the microwave and toaster or only those that have potential access to a network such as smart TVs, smartphones, laptops and computers?

If your device is able to scan for wi-fi networks it is prone to getting infected. Apparently there's also some novel malware that infects other devices by continuously playing sounds and executing code that is inaudible to us (like the way a device plays an audible sound code so that another listening device can pair with it).

I can't confirm. I also didn't hear anything out of order.
