I want to set up a Telegram channel which repost stuff I follow around but don't have an account

Still want to track content from some TikTok/IG/X artists
Set up Telegram channel with bot to auto-post new content

TikTok: grab new vids from specific users
Xwitter: only posts with images, no RTs/text-only (coz it will be mostly artists)

If possible the xwitter links would be one of the FxEmbed
