How do you say "Are you fucking kidding me!?" in Portuguese? Every translator I use refuses to translate the profanity.

simply remove the profanity?

"Tá me tirando?" is "Are you kidding me?"
I don't think you can add profanity to the phrase itself, so you need to add it at the end
"Tá me tirando, porra?"
"Tá me tirando, caralho?"
Both of these effectively mean "Are you kidding me, damnit?"
