I got the Scarlett Solo 4th Gen for entry level voice acting. My microphone has XLR so thats fine, but I forgot that my headphones dont have a TRS connector but a TRRS connector. Im asking if I should just buy new headphones with a TRS connector or get an adapter of some kind, and can I get reccomendations for what I should buy (on a budget of <125$)

You can plug a TRRS connector into a TRS jack just fine. The extra contact is for the mic and it either gets shorted to ground or left floating.
The Scarlett Solo has 1/4" jacks rather than 3.5mm, so what you really need is a 3.5mm to 1/4" adapter like picrel.
