I RMAd my 4080 twice
After the 1st RMA the artifacts were still there. On the 2nd RMA they said it's the architecture of the 40 series citing the same articles I cited(in the thread above) which is not solid proof that it's the architecture.They basically called me a retard for not doing my own research(If I gave them my post I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have read it).
After the 2nd RMA they left loose screws on my GPU and my GPU temps are now higher... and they ruined my GPU box which was in mint condition...

Pretty much a weird situation.
So anyway I was going to sell my GPU until a few friends told me, that I can RMA a third time and if the problem is still there I can contact consumer protection to help me either get my money back or get a wroking gpu

But see they claim it's an architecture issue.How can they be prove it or me dissaprove it?

Not only that but I would also like everyone with a 4070 TI super or something more powerful in the RTX 40 series to try RDR2(everything maxed) and midnight club 2 and tell me if you have this problem or not.

Or just try only midnight club 2 and tell me if you have the artifacts in question.

YES TEMPS WERE FINE THERE'S EVEN A LINK TO THE LOGS and videos of of gpu running.

But that's in the past now I just wanna know what do as of now
Resell this or pursue legal action(which is why I made this post to know if this is really an architecture issue or a deffective gpu)

if your card doesnt crash and the bugs are limited to certain games, then very obviously the issue is with the game+driver configuration and there is nothing you can do. by you saying that others with the same cards have the same issue, that is pretty much a certainty

Those stuff don't appear on my 3060 and I tried pretty much everything, hence me starting the topic on how to go about this and requesting others with powerful 40 series GPUs to try Midnight club 2.

How is it a driver issue if no one with a 4070 ti super, 4080 super and 4090 haven't tested and reported if they have this to confirm it really is a driver issue or an architectural one? hence me asking for people with these gpus to report if they have it or not.
Changing APIs is also not exactly a driver issue friend.
Because how would you explain me changing MC2s api from DX9 to other DX Versions and the issue doesn't appear with them. If it is a driver issue then by all means tell me how to solve it without changing APIs.
