Looking to buy a better pc than what I have now (mainly for stable diffusion generation, I don't care about gaming), which of these is best value for money?

if its just for sdg the one with the 5060ti is better
5060ti 16gb btfos 3060 12gb both spec-wise (check manufcaturer's site) and performance-wise (see pic)

that being said if you're opening to spending a few more hundred usd (1000? zl) you could get a pc with a 4070 super (see pic for comparison)

They are both trash.
The firsts cpu is from 2013 and has fucking ddr3 ram cause that's all the cpu/motherboard support (hell even ddr4 is now considered old with Samsung and sk hynix stopping production). The cpu also doesn't even support win 11.
And with the second the cpu while being only a few years old, is the extreme budget of the 14th gen. It can't even fully utilize that GPU.

forgot to mention it in my other posts but the first pc's motherboard will bottleneck the gpu as it's likely pcie 2.0 or 3.0 and a rtx 3060 uses pcie 4.0 (i.e. slower + lower cap data transfer rates)

>cpu doesn't even support win 11
win11 is shit
but yeah stay away from pc #1
>can't even fully utilize that GPU
i3 14th gen wouldn't bottleneck the gpu due to how gpu intensive SD is

It's just odd for me seeing the 14100 paired up with that GPU. Normally they'd shove it with a 12400, or pair it with a 4060 (ti) or the 5050/5060(non ti) instead. Otherwise it makes it feel like a spare parts build.

NGMI, stick to your potato or learn how to build a PC yourself.

Aight, how the fuck do I choose parts? I can pay all the way from 300zł (82$) to 3000zł (820$) for 2x16gb DDR5 ram sticks. How do I know which is too good to be true, and what is a scam? Same for PSU. Obviously I want something good, but I also don't want to buy needlessly premium, overpriced shit. Do I even need DDR5? DDR4 is significantly cheaper. What CPU is overkill? There's so many annoying questions, and the budget (around 1000$) is very limiting, especially considering PC parts seem to be more expensive in Poland.
I did try to learn, and I'm still willing to learn, but it was pretty draining so far. The only thing I know atm is that I want something better than 4060 ti 8gb. 5060 ti 16gb appears to be more than twice as fast, so I think that'd be enough for me. (btw, this card is 2000zł in Poland (547$))

Also thanks for all your replies.

Alright, did some homework, learned that there's different pci expresses, and each gen basically doubles in speed. But after asking some chatbot to calculate the difference when using a 5060 ti 16gb in a pci 4.0 and 5.0 it said the difference would be negligible. The pci express gen would apparently only affect how fast the model is loaded into GPU memory, everything else would depend on the GPU after this point. RAM generation also seems to play a minimal role. Based on all this shit I think a motherboard with pci express 4.0 and supporting DDR4 RAM would be plenty enough. Did I get that right anons?

the 5060ti 16gb / 32gb ddr4 / pcie 4.0 one is fine imo
building the pc yourself offers you more customization and a better price (at least here in the us, idk if buying parts separately is cheaper than buying a prebuilt in poland) but if you're not looking for that level of customization or don't know how to build a pc getting a prebuilt is fine

I checked the prices of parts of this one https://allegro.pl/oferta/intel-core-i3-14100f-rtx5060ti-16gb-nm620-512gb-32gb-17527702172 and they add up to ~3350zł, so like 344zł less (around 100$). On one hand its always something, on another the risk of fucking up a 100-800$ component is kinda scary. I've heard/read about asking a local pc repair shop if they build pcs, maybe I'll do that.

Everything is free shipping, so that's pretty much the final price, part wise (I think).
