I've been trying to remember the name to this anime show (Pic not related). The most I'm able to recall is this one scene where two guys, one being stuck and asking for help from below and the other above him asking him why he should help him. I believe they are in school uniforms, one might just being in normal attire. I know its a very generic scene that fit in most anime but I swear this is just killing me to find out what its called. Also it looks to be a pretty modern anime too.
