I could have sworn Ume Aoki had another anime (not a manga) besides Hidamari Sketch and Madoka Magica, but I am googling now and can't find a thing. Anyone know any anime with similar designs to her, or an anime that I might have mistaken for hers?
Sorry for being vague, I don't have a specific anime in mind, I just could have sworn I heard about her making a new anime recently and now I can't find anything about it

Nah, I don't think she has done any other anime other than those two. Though she has done the character designs for a visual novel called Sanarara. maybe you mistook the op movie for an anime adaptation

Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night had character designs by Junichirō Taniguchi, who also did character design for the Magia Record anime. I saw some people post about it saying the Madoka Magica character designer would be designing characters for another anime, and I assumed it would be Ume Aoki until I saw who it actually was.

there is another manga by the same creator of Hidamari sketch, i can't recall its name, i do not know if it has an anime (most likely no) but search around for the mangaka's other works, sorry for not being very helpful
