Is there a 3D printer out there which doesn't need calibration or any other fancy maintenance, I just want a simple **Plug& Play** sorta Apple-like User friendliness

I got some good experiences with the bambulab series of printers. They are far more reliable itjustwerks than most models that came before. They are priced accordingly and locked down tight, though.
