Does anyone know who the artist of this might be? Everyone I've asked says the style is familiar but can't place it.

reminds me of Kazuma Kaneko's art but I'm not sure if he drew that. I can't even find that image when I put it into google or yandex's reverse image search

idk the shading on the face and the eylashes reminded me of some of his stuff. but maybe I'm wrong
