It would require a zero-day exploit to work in an updated browser. Such exploits are extremely valuable. They are sold on the dark web, government agencies such as the NSA buy a lot of them.
As soon as you use an exploit, it will get patched, and it will become useless. Someone posting a random webm on [s4s] would be throwing away a lot of money for almost no gain.
