So I spilled vinegar on my hands and even after a day and a bath they still smell like vinegar. The fuck do I do? It’s annoying me to no end

Surely it's not regular vinegar, but rather something more aromatic like balsamic vinegar?
Acetic acid is volatile, so the smell shouldn't linger on for so long.
Try rubbing some baking soda in your hands with a bit of water.
If that doesn't work, alcohol (rubbing alcohol or hand sanitizer) should do the trick.

it will vanish after some time, just use soap to cover up the smell

Ohh ty for the reply, I’ll try the baking soda stuff. I’m not really sure about the vinegar I used, it was just titled house cooking vinegar with a big pass 70% under it. I already doused my hands in hand sanitizer but the smell still lingered. I’m pretty sure I’m just imagining the smell atp

I wonder if you could just rub your hands on some steel (like a spoon) while washing your hands to get rid of the smell. I know it works if your hands smell like garlic or onion, but I have no idea if it works with vinegared hands.
