Are there any MOBA games that are DRM-free and playable over LAN? Bonus points if:
- they have PvE (players vs bots)
- they have an offline mode vs bots
I'm fine with it being either a PC or Android game, as long as it's DRM-free and LAN-capable.

The only one I can think of is the Warcraft 3 version of Dota.

And yes, I understand the irony of trying to find a MOBA without an "O".

I assume you already know this, but Warcraft 3 has a lot of different MOBAs; this is where the genre really took shape, after all. Aside from dota you will easily find like fifteen others.

Moba Allstar Legends 1.0 is what you are looking for. Also you can play Vainglory for pc if you can find it, maybe some faggot on vainglory's subpreddit can help you out

Dota 2 should also work but you might need to use mods or console commands to get the game started
