Please help me find the name of a manga. I've already tried searching through what I thought was related tags but I can't find it.
Things I remember:
People live an underground environment in Japan because the surface has become uninhabitable
A lot of jobs only exist to keep people busy and serve no real purpose
The protagonist works in an observatory to write reports about space
Some sort of signal is sent out into space
The Earth shows up in the form of a girl, she wears a fluffy cloud muffler to representing Earth's atmosphere
Earth girl spends most of the story unconscious
The other planets show up one after another, all as girls, and talk about astronomy
The sun is a fat guy and everyone loves him (because planets all orbit around the sun)
A black hole shows up and has to shrink herself into a loli so stop destroying the solar system with her mass
If anyone knows the name, that would be greatly appreciated
