Most people like to make a big deal about finding out that the music from Ronald McDonald Insanity/'McRoll' is 'U.N. Owen Was Her' from Touhou 6: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil. What most people don't know is that this latter track is a parody of the true last boss track from the CAVE arcade shoot'em'up Ketsui Kizunajigokutachi, titled 'NO REMORSE'. The into to Final Brutal Sister Flandre S is an arrangement of the intro to NO REMORSE; hence, McRoll also includes a little bit of music from Ketsui.
