i've been trying to find a shitpost gif for years that i once saw on this site, but /mlp/ has been dead for years now to get an okay answer there
if the ban was lifted, the gif in question is dipper and mabel from gravity falls talking to each other for 3 full minutes, before they say good night and twilight sparkle shows up at the very last second

Yep. MLP content is still banned, and honestly, I don't see it ever getting unbanned. I can see /mlp/ becoming a hidden board, but never killed.
