The Pirate Bay is blocked in my whole country.
I just visit the site via TOR, I only need the magnet link after all.

Try a different DNS first. Firefox, for example, can easily change it in the settings, but changing it for the entire system isn't difficult, either. If that doesn't help, TOR, a VPN or proxy are your next best bets. Try the search integrated into qbittorrent to see if it works.
