I don't know how to tell your barber since I've never met him but for my barber I'd try something like
>"I'd like hair like Brendan Fraser in Mummy please" and show him the pic
You might have to translate that if he doesn't speak English but even then the photo is probably a pretty big clue and some wild gesticulation and tapping on the photo and then your head will probably get the message across.
I think it would very much help if you were in the same room as him, since the desire for getting remote controlled haircuts is not something I think has been caught up to my technology and society as a whole yet, but telephone and video chat will probably work too if you'd like to give him some advance notice and verify that such a haircut is possible within the realms of his skill level and your available hair and its various properties.
Certainly, you can tell him you'd like this but there's no guarantee that circumstances will permit your wish to be granted in this matter.
On the other hand, your request is impossible as Brendan Frasier wasn't in The Mummy, the photo in your post is Brendan Fraser. Don't be surprised if your barber tells you never to darken his doorstep again after your vile insult of getting the great Brendan Fraser's name wrong.
Do you have any other pointless questions you want people to waste their time on?
