Checked and you cannot vanquish a full tulpa.
You can try to work things out, stop speaking to each other, or convince her to leave.
If she leaves, there is always the possibility that she will come back.
Mine left, and killed herself, and she still came back eventually.

If you make a strong tulpa, it is forever.

Persistent and penetrating analysis will dissolve and transform thoughtforms. Focus on the thoughtform, or attributes of the thoughtform, until the point at which synesthesia causes its undifferentiated nature to become apparent.

This is a fundamental and initial skill for working with such forms, since they alleviate the danger of creating problematic or distracting forms. It's so important that I remember this from before I attained this current body - it is wise to be careful with these techniques, and to master your self first.
