i never really had anything directly relating to the future yet, but its kinda edging in, what do you think this is? is it real? it feels really real.

you have to go back and forth between 2 things

1) when the feeling arises that everything youre about to do has happened before, try to do something else

2) when the feeling arises the next time, focus really intently on trying to know what happens next

there was some other stuff, but its equally benign and generally also about trying to be one step ahead of what has already happened

i got my first "noetic experience", like 2 years after doing this consistently whenever i got a dejavu
