Is it more effective to manifest things yourself or to appeal to the gods for help?

If you are a progenitor/prajapati of a reality/universe, you can go identifying yourself with one entity of that universe,
some, all of it or even none.
In the end it will not matter much.
The dangerous part of the identification process is if you lost your "Self" while retaining the identity inside the created reality, becoming encaged inside it.

LoA suggests that you are the operant power, and that when you appeal to "gods" you are essentially just appealing to yourself.

The only way to really prove, for yourself, which is more effective is to try both and see which works. LoA has a higher success rate than calling out to random gods, personally.

There is some potential for self-deification here. I do not know if it is the correct path, yet, though.
