When i meet new people and have a brief convo with them i get nightmares, i may go 1-2-3 years without interacting face to face with someone, but the day i meet someone i get a nightmare.

What is this? also nightmares are not relevant to the person i met, like yesturday i met this lady and we talked for 5 minutes i had a nightmare about bats trying to kill me, she was the first person i talked to in 2 years.

so its 100% related to meeting her

As to your question: You have some form of nervous system dysfunction, are autistic & suffer from extremely low self esteem.

You likely also have high anxiety & low vagal tone causing you to be in constant state of fight or flight.
