I think Taoism is good because it encourages people to live in accordance with their nature and with the processes and patterns of nature. If you naturally have a certain temperament then you can do things according to that and things go smoothly and there is harmony with nature/reality. Unless you're born in ISKCON and decide to leave because you were abused and then the god they worship messes up your life and seems to want to force you to be his slave. Humans are basically just cattle and playthings for higher beings. Taoist cultivation is the best way but not all of us have access to that knowledge.
