I see 2 levels of problem here then.
First your body. It is the most basic of the emanations of reality as a whole. Binah, the grid of reality is inescapable. You started with a certain deck of cards and only time will tell if you carry that preset seed into coming generations.
What you can do is built your body to its highest aesthetic.
