When I had a persistent shadow person peeking around corners and annoying me in my old house, I first suppressed any feelings of fear, then told it to piss off, and finally invoked the name of Jesus Christ.
To my surprise it seemed to work, it hasn't shown up again in the 15 years since then. Give it a try, maybe it will work for you too.
