The book Born in Blood basically says that they are. It shows how the old Freemasons basically had words in their ritual terms and other aspects of the Craft which pointed to the KT. I would recommend that book and the good thing is that it's free online.

It’s a LARP, bro.

They are the knights templar in the same way that edgy /pol/ users “are Nazis”, or how moronic socialism advocates “are communists”.
>Are the Freemasons actually Knights Templar?
Not really, but yes.

No, modern masons don't even have the real rite of the master anymore. They lost it along with the name that is the foundation of their "quest" after the failed jacobite rebellion

Kinda. The Templars learned it and brought it back with them and thats where it morphed into Freemasonry.

My question is where the Asclepian-Pythagorean Essenes ended and the Proto-Gnostic Neoplatonists that blurred into Catholic-Mithraism (at least publicly) began.
How do we get from Solomon to Joseph (of Arimathea) to Míl Espáine?
Finally, was "Gaedhal Glas" a real person?
