I remember the animation being very high quality, but it looked similar to those 90s LT shorts like Superior Duck and CarrotBlanca so and it ran for about 7 minutes like most LT shorts did so maybe it was from that time? I was thinking this could be just me misremembering, but I actually found this 2009 interview with some Chilean TV personality where he mentions that the (now defunct as far as I know) channel REC TV aired it:

Probably an unlicensed knockoff someone made, and the warmer brothers sued whoever did it which is why it was never aired again.

Only EP I remember is that 80s EP where they run through the pipe and road runner comes it huge and wile e is still small.
