I’ve looked into this a bit, and honestly, I think OP might be right; or at least onto something. It doesn’t read like the usual schizo ramble. It reads like someone who was trying to get something out as fast as possible, before they lost it. Like they were racing against their own mind; or maybe even against something external.

I don’t think the lack of punctuation is a sign of delusion. I think it’s urgency. Like they didn’t have time to make it clean because the message mattered more than the format.

And some of the connections they’re making are actually weirdly consistent with real suppressed history and obscure reports. So yeah-maybe don’t write this off so quick.
