Chaos is just an illusion that people with a bad perspective believe is real. Everything is orchestrated by metaphysical forces. The universe is inherently deterministic and only appears chaotic to the unenlightened. There is no such thing as spontaneous. Everything has already been determined. In fact, I know the divine agenda and it has not deviated one bit and has achieved all its objectives so far.
