How does Hekatestation relate to Hekate?

I want to meet the hekatestation girl to perform a ritual where I am inspired by the God Dionysus into a state of sparagmos and impregnate her with a Founder-King of a new line of man.

If you read the journals he talks about how he planned and dedicated a crossroad to Hekate. This crossroads was formed by the intersections of train tracks and where a train station was supposed to be built. Hence the name hekatestation.

I never cared about Hekate nor felt a connection to her, despite being connected to dogs somehow.
