If God is a creator
and imitation is the greatest form of flattery
would creating be a way to flatter god?
and isn't that what worship and prayer is all about?
should creating be our purpose?

I dunno about the flattery part because God doesn't need to be flattered, but as far as imitation goes, I would agree that there is probably some merit to the "What would Jesus do?" mindset. And I'm not even Christian.

Yes, you’re exactly right. This is what alchemy is all about. It’s about realizing that you are God when you create stuff you’re playing out the first moment of existence when God said, let there be light and sound waves turned into light and condensed into matter.
That’s what magik is all about.

"The". Not "a". You can't "create". Create in this context means to start with absolutely nothing, and then end with hydrogen ex-nihilo. Until you can create matter out of literally nothing, you are not "creating" in a God sense.

Okay, and you can’t imagine a color you have never seen. This is semantics, even if it’s “reorganizing what is there” it’s still creating matter can’t be created or destroyed but I still made a baby cumming in your mom

I would imagine that's what art is, and why it is meaningful

You cannot create anything; only rearrange and repackage what He's already created.

Wrong
We exist to create truly unique creations, that’s how we come into contact with God

Look at it this way. God made the clay and you get to mold it, but you cannot bring clay into existence out of thin air like He can, and since God already knows what you're going to make with that clay, it's already been created in God's mind.

You consider yourself a being permanently of this world, some of us live in multiple worlds simultaneously (our minds) and can create whatever we want there, things that don't exist here even. Have you ever dreamed? Did you create things in your dreams that felt real? Just because we dont create in our shared reality dont mean we cant create in our own personal spaces.

The reason I said that is because there are a bunch of retards in here who honestly believe they have the power to actually think anything into their physical reality much like God Himself, but since you make it clear that this is confined to imagination, I guess the issue has been solved.

Indeed... there are some real weirdos out there who think they can manifest things into reality with their thoughts, those people are either insane... or the creator of this world. However i think people misunderstand our creator, its unlikely they "know" everything.

there's a book about that by a russian philosopher called "the meaning of the creative act". great read.
unamuno used to say that we "create" God everyday (obviously after he first made us) by virtue of being made in His image. interesting stuff.
