Hello everyone,

Lately I've been getting episodes of sleep paralysis in the morning (around 5-6am) when I go back to sleep after going to the toilet. Usually what follows are very, very vivid dreams that I can remember almost flawlessly. Either being on a ship in space, or waking up in a bed surrounded by scientists/doctors, and what is being told to me during those dreams fuck me up for hours after getting out of bed. It's causing me some anxiety that I cannot control, and a weird sensation in my spine at the level between my scapulas.

When sleep paralysis hits, I desperately try to wake up, open my eyes and move, but I just can't, and then I get knocked out and have these dreams. One time before getting knocked out, I don't know if it was real, but light was coming from behind me and started illumnating the room before the dream started and I remember thinking "the aliens are coming to get me". In that particular dream, I woke up from a dream, in the dream, in a bed, with two men by the side of it and some sort of machine behind them. I told them all of this is fake, and they told me that no, this is real, and that I have to go back in as punishment for what I did. No clue what I did but I'm getting punished. I would like to add, I could see very clearly during this portion of the dream, as if I was awake.

This morning, when I went back to bed at 5am, I had another episode of sleep paralysis. In the dream, I was on a ship in space, and I was looking out above me and could what was either a space battle or some cosmic phenomena, I don't really know, but it looked like something was happening. Next to me was a water tank with two mammoths in it. The mammoths asked if voyages usually take this long. I told them that yes, they usually do, but it mostly depends on what your destination is. I was talking with a girl and talked shit about the shape of her ass. Then I slept with that girl who kept mocking me for talking shit about the shape of her ass. After that there was a blackout because some old lady did something? I kept asking what she did but got no answers. Whenever I tried to go into one direction after the black out, to explore or whatever, I was told "don't go that way it's dangerous", and there were people saying "do not say anything about the true purpose of this", and yet I never asked what the purpose of this was, whatever "this" is. Then, when I started going towards the dangerous area, things got violent and I started picking up guns that didn't work and got aggressive with everyone, and shortly after I woke up.

Anyone else got experiences like this?

So you find old-fashioned tinfoil, paint both sides with EMF blocking paint, then insert it between multiple pieces of EMF shielding fabric?
That way you have the protection of metal covered with paint, but the fabric around it keeps it comfortable and from looking like a schizo hat

Bit uncomfortable. I have a ball cap that i nigger rigged to stop cosmic rays penetrating me in the head, it's probably too heavy to be practical for most people. I've been training my neck for years now, to bear that kind of strain. I think anons wanting to turn a room into a Faraday cage will have more success than i've had with this fucking hat.

You can make a safe room. I just hope it’s not the room you sleep in because sleeping in a faraday cage isn’t healthy
You can use soundproofing stuff that’s pretty effective like those foam pyramids that stick off of walls in recording studios

Why would I share my evidence being attacked with direct energy weapons?
What good does it do me? I remember at one point I put a a cooking pot on my head to see if that would help. Just like foil. And aluminum foil does work by the way it’s not just tinfoil though Tinfoil may work better. But the direct energy weapon was so strong that it was creating heat on metal objects in the house
I put a pot on top of my baseball hat, which had foil inserts (I created) inside the cap. The baseball hat was the one I wear whenever I paint. I just helped family paint. Some new houses they had bought multiple people in my family actually so that had unique paint on it. It also has a metal button at the top that’s usually covered in thread, but this hat was so old that the thread had worn out so that the metal was exposed.
The pot on my head got so hot that the paint from the hat transferred to the pot the inside of the pot. The metal thing on the top of the hat got so hot that it melted and put a dent inside the pot.
How the fuck does that happen?

I used to get sleep paralysis. I could not move in any way but was still aware. I was laying on my stomach and could feel a heavy weight sitting on my back. Intense fear the most I'd ever felt in my life the first time it happened.

One of my Christian friends (I wasn't at the time but I am now quite fervent as I follow the way, the life, and the truth that is Lord Jesus Christ and believe on Him as the scriptures have written) had always told me that he thought aliens were just demons and there were many reported instances of people calling on the name "Jesus Christ" and the abduction would end.

During that sleep paralysis event the first time it happened I recalled that conversation with my friend and even though this wasn't an abduction, in desperation I started to try and call on Jesus Christ, just trying to repeat His name. Even parsing my lips was near impossible I was completely immobile but could think. Finally, in the softest wisp I mouthed out the words "Jesus Christ" after a dozen attempts and the paralysis event ended instantly.

I had some more of those events after that day and calling upon His name works every time. No fear either just complete victory by Christ working through me. There is immense power in His name.

I would pray before bed and ask Lord Jesus Christ to protect you and to assist you so automatically call upon Him within your dreams if evil is present.

been having them as well. there was a long span where i had zero dreams, now i have these super vivid dreams that feel more like a memory.

this place isnt what we think it is. i used to believe in the adtral realm but now i see its just the cloning center.

I had a uniquely weird experience for myself where I got the "nightmare shock" that usually wakes me up but in this case it happened as I was falling asleep not sure what to make of it
