Internal or external, demons can only be defeated with inner fortitude, an attitude of I don't care and fuck off, downplaying the importance of whatever is fucking with you, treat them like little annoying faggots, that's what I do to add fuel to my inner fire of controlled anger directed with precision. I respond this way to all hostile internal thought as best I can, sometimes it gets hard but you only get stronger. If you're too weak for this then turn to Jesus or some other protection deity and pray with all your might

A lot of the time those voices can be detrimental and uncontrollable, but fortunately it's treatable as well. We can laugh and pretend being schizo is cool and all but the reality is that it can be unhealthy to the person who is affected by it and really mess up their life. Many such cases. Sad!
