I strongly doubt it will be nuclear. The US will not risk the potentially cataclysmic backlash from other nuclear weapon countries.
This conflict is being set up to kill the golden calf which is America.
Ukraine showed the world that the US military is not all powerful, and now they must go forward into Iran in an attempt to prove their might. If they do not flex their dominance through violence then the dollar will fall and the USA will be bled dry. This is the plan, there will be a conflict, but not a nuclear happening to end all chuds. Obviously this will cause massive economic instability and likely millions will die, just not from radiation in Iran or Israel.
