Stop putting them on pedestal and feeling like you need to prove yourself to fit some certain image.

Once you learn to treat them like regular people, many of whom are retards overestimating their value because of guy like you who keep acting around them as if they're a Big Deal, you'll stop worrying about their opinion and you'll stop being this shy. You'll be able to approach them like a buddy, just with additional romantic/sexual interest - to see if they're cool and if not, to move on - and some may even find that attitude attractive themselves.

It's ironic but I really think far too often, the biggest problem of some guys in getting women is thinking they're some wonderful, divine creatures to get. Women like to be appreciated but they can get simps either way and they'll consider any but the best of them subhumans. So stop caring too much, work on yourself and jus casually meet people and you may even start getting approached yourself.

I did cold approaching 10 times a day when i was going to college. I didn't have the goal of fucking the girl, just asking 10 girls out. Eventually you get better at it.

Another thing that made me super social was when i was a security guard. I would go around smile all the time and ask people how their day was. I would then ask follow up questions if there were any ways I could do it.

Don't try to draw convos out when you can't ask more questions from there.
