When I returned home from college, I kept getting sleep paralysis, I think because I switched sleep meds from quetapine to strong melatonin. I figured it might be a good way to enter a kind of lucid dream. I had minor success with this once, managing to float a bit away from my bed, but I haven't been able to get paralyzed once again. Anyone have any tips for this?

You can’t control it you dumb fuck
It’s a symptom of being abducted by aliens
You don’t have sleep paralysis you were probably raped by some big praying mantis
>durrr out of body experience
That’s technology they used to take your soul from your body up into their spaceship.
