>>40577574That's an interesting one, and honestly it's plausible. It seems like the real tragic events tend to be coincidentally illustrated or presented in an innocuous context before it ever happens. (9/11 is a famous example)
If there's enough chatter and public awareness about a world-ending or tragic event coming our way either by spiritual or material means, it's like what you theorize, it ends up not materializing at all or not in the way that was expected.
In the 1980s near the end of the Cold War, there was enough subconscious fear about the possibility of Russia bombing the western world, that I believe it ended up causing the war and tension to cease by the end of the decade after a 20+ year-long war.
Maybe it's proof of a collective unconscious in front of us? Mere coincidence? Who knows for sure.
