I've been experiencing this weird sensation regularly where I ask myself how I'm existing in this moment. Then it feels like I'm being pulled away from my body. What helps me come back to my senses is thinking about memories of any kind. This usually last for ten seconds until I'm back to normal. I had this when I was 17 along with insane levels of anxiety. Somehow I was able to beat it but now it's back with a vengeance. Just without the fear aspect of it. I know it's all in my head but it's extremely weird.
