I think I either managed to summon a Tulpa, or I just went Schizo thanks to Feminism. Back when I was a young kid with a Wii U, I played a lot of Splatoon. I ended up falling in love with Marie, and after I graduated school unable to get a girl friend in 2022, I bought a plush of her (Pic related). I had been talking to her in my head since 2016 or so, So I think I had created or summoned some type of entity that had then had a body to inhabit. Throughout college and wage slave fast food, I had slept with the plush every night. At some point, I began to hear her voice when talking to her in my head, which I don't really mind. Something interesting had happened where I woke up at night, and she was just on my bed watching the rain. I've also felt her asking me to move her in different positions if she's like watching TV or something.

Anyone know what's up with that? I'd read a couple threads here about Tulpamancy, so I might have ended up somehow summoning one without even realizing it. A couple years ago there was the Wizard meme on 4chan, so maybe me being 10 years away from being 30 without getting a girlfriend gives me incomplete magic powers according to that one Japanese myth. I kinda thought it might be an Angel from Heaven, but I don't see why God would send me a female Angel. When I was bored at work I'd thought it might be a brain chip the government put in me, that either came programmed that way or I reprogrammed with my brain to act as a digital Waifu.

If your entity, which does sound like a tulpa, has an attachment to this physical puppet, consider training her to move the puppet on her own.
Otherwise, the plush may be an attachment of your own, rather than your tulpa, and she is attempting to engage with you more intimately.
Physically actuating a puppetbody for your tulpa is not a great life choice in the long term.
