Food has been weaponized for awhile now. You kinda have to be a expert nutritionist and conspiracy theorist to know the extent of the damage and how to counteract it. Seed oils, pasteurization, artificial sweeteners included to kill off good bacteria, pin cushion vaxxed animals, etc.

if you stop eating entirely, your body assumes your are starving due to a famine and slows down your metabolism to keep you from dying.

If you want to burn your winter fat that you spent the bountiful summers storing away, you must convince your body it is winter.

Grains and sugary produce are gone, the plants have all died back, food must come from hunting now. (keto)
The temperature is cold but we are still active, so we cannot simply hibernate to preserve energy stores for emergencies, we must retain muscle mass and begin thermogenesis. (cold room exercise)

It's all pretty simple really. just imagine you're a caveman, humans as a wild animal.
What are the natural cycles your body would go through in that life, your biologically-thoroughly-evolutionarily-adapted, ecologically-intended life? Which parts of those cycles are not occurring due to your highly artificial life of modern conveniences? Add them back. Suddenly you're healthy.
High blood pressure due to retaining water from high salt intake? When's the last time you sweat, water-cooled chase ape? You'll lose a lot of salty water really quickly if you take a 2 hour jog in 96 degree noon day heat.
Ulcers and indigestion? When's the last time you ate a bush, ground-dwelling primate? Your ancestors spent a millenia or more selectively breeding brassicas to be the most compact, nutritionally complete, helicobacter-killing bush possible, then into a million flavor and texture varieties, and you still won't eat it because "vegetables are icky."

It's all incredibly obvious once you put it into that mindset.

Being hungry is uncomfortable.
Being overweight is a more bearable u comfortable. Sort of. All the issues it causes are masked.
The goy slop tastes good. Oreo shakes, cheesecake, cereal.
And object at rest tends to stay at rest.
It's also hard to lose weight. When zi was counting calories, I was allowed to have 4 lunch meat sandwiches a day - a few slices of turkey, sautéed onions, bell peppers, a tablespoons of mustard, and a slice of cheese, to be at a deficit.
No soda, No juice, no snacks, unless just raw veggies.
Can't really say it worked.
The biological cravings are hard to overcome.

sweet slop is deliberately made to be addictive and each time it's harder to get actual organic food.
And it is psychological too, hunger in uncomfortable and I often get obsessed with the idea that I'll starve to death if I don't obey my impulses

So hunger isn’t a human need, it’s a spiritual need and not the human spirit, the other “entity” is the one that wants to eat and fat people don’t know how to keep it in check. They are truly the weaker of the people like the nazis said and I dispose them so much

Short answer: High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). Companies love it because it's cheaper than sugar and keeps you hungry for more food.

Here is the historical obesity rate Vs HFCS consumption:

Date | Obesity (%) | HFCS (lbs/yr)
1950 | 13 | ~0
1972 | 14.5 | ~1
1984 | — | 37
1988 | 22.9 | 49
1990 | — | 50
1999 | 30.9 | 63

HFCS is the main culprit for obesity but not the only poison on store shelves making people sick. Seed oils like Canola is toxic to the body. Fluoride in the tap water is another poison...etc.

It's a lack of discipline. Discipline leads to faith, you cannot have without the other. Society was created to break the average person down into a null-factor slave worker placed into a hierarchy based on their personal identity.

the more a person refuses to encourage good behavior of themselves in every the more a person will inevitably fall into atheism and depression.
