Magic is a general term that includes all the supernatural methods to do something. There are many different ways to do it, rituals, drugs, meditation, qi-gong, astral-travel etc.
Witchcraft is explicit evil. It's based on the dark forces, the power of demons. To effectively do witchcraft you have to make a deal with demons.

Witchcraft: you end up in hell.
