You're best thing to do is to heal up and praise the Lord while you don't starve while you're infected to death. Because you aren't, you aren't infected. I cut my hand once on my palm, in the fatty part, for a "blood ritual" with my bros but we were just drunk. There was no ritual involved. It healed up but the next day after open my palm up like that, I felt like a stupid idiot at work. I had my palm loosely held together with paper and tape. It healed well enough. Don't cut off your body parts.
