So i'm practicing mindfulness or meditation in my own interpreted way from buddhisim

When we say try not to think of pink elephants we only think of pink elephants

So just like that what i would do is think of nothinh and remove every thought from my mind. After a few momments my mind flows with it's own thoughts at this momment i focus and remove my thoughts again then it keeps going till i achive a good emtional state.

I use this method to remove anxiety or negative thought patterns

But as i keep doing this i have come to know that the only limiting factor in this method is emotion, even if i remove every thought the emtion still stays and depending on the type of emotion the negative thought patteern comes back

If it's rage sadness or deprssion

So how do i remove every thought and emotions. I read from here Tibetan monks have zero thoughts how do i achive it

Try to encapsulate and acknowledge your emotions. See them as fleeting facts, not elements of your self. Metaphorically, put them in a bubble and see them bounce around.

Your goal shouldn’t be to “have no thoughts” but rather “have no reactions to thoughts.” Separate yourself from emotions, don’t try not to have them.

Keep practicing, don’t be hard on yourself, and enjoy life.

I do not wanna feel these emtions that affects and makes me fall into depression

I do not want to give them thoughts. I need to exist in pure bliss

Acknowledging my thoughts and putting them in a bubble feels like complex i need simple methods

Although i will try it out

You can use whatever metaphor you’d like.

Another technique is reframing your internal mindset from “I am depressed” to “I carry depression.”

It’s all about not letting axiomatic thoughts define your self. With practice, this will help you stay in the driver’s seat so to speak. It will help you recognize that you can control your experience, regardless of what your pain body (sensations, emotions, etc.) is telling your brain.

You might want to find some guided meditations as a beginner. I found some help from Eckhart Tolle. He’s on YouTube. Best of luck anon!

this is another reason to train anapanasati

the first benefit of any good practice is health
health over time equals longevity
youngens seldom seem to place much emphasis on this,
but one considers it to be far more weighty as old age begins to set in
deep meditation is highly restorative, recharging
do it properly before bed and one enters deeper stages of sleep very quickly
as energy is amassed, energy centers gain enough flux to do more
points are opened such as the hands that can help heal others
defense becomes a thing and unwanted spirits can be banished with ease, you dont need to be jesus level for that

Buddhism isn't about trying to force yourself to have pleasant feelings all the time, it's about not being bothered by disagreeable things in the first place.
You could try to let feelings of depression come up, and then try to understand why depression bothers you. If you can teach your mind to not have aversion towards depression, then whether you're depressed or not depressed, you'll still be in a neutral unbothered state of mind.

When i meditate sometimes the subconsious gives answer to my thoughts or i leave it time to answer that riddle

And most of the thought that comes to my mind are of the material realme why shoul i focus on it

We depend on external pleasures carnal desires for happiness

I need to walk away from it which is why we feel jealous of other people who have these things

I need to be a superior being not depended on this earthly desires

emotions are a reaction to actual things or to thoughts and most often, to a negative mismatch between reality and your expectations.
if your mind was wiped from memory, your emotion would be 100% tied to waterver is happening at the moment.
if you are always projecting the future, your emotion will follow that projection.
so, by doing the various meditation practices, slowly you let go of whatever emotion you might be feeling.
by letting go of expectations, slowly you let go of the emotions that react to the mismatch between expectations and reality

have fun = )

You become aware that the emotion has taken away your focus and you return to being aware.

Also i suggest that you keep an erect posture and you train your body to be relaxed and your breathing to be deep and slow, these all help with weakening the thoughts and emotions.

Become unattached from the depression that is pulling you into it, but also become unattached from the desire of wanting to exist in pure bliss.

Watch everything from afar just like the observer that you are, don't fear/judge/analyze them because then you have played into their game.

>Who do you mean by they are you telling me they are taking my energey away from me being envious of them

I'm not sure if I understand what you mean here, can you please rephrase it?

>I do not wanna be an observer in any of these
Then you choose to "be them", you choose to align yourself with those thoughts and emotions, you also align yourself with the thought/emotion of "I do not want to be them", you also align yourself with the thought/emotion of "I do not want to be the observer".

Stop aligning yourself with things otherwise you will be their slave forever.

>i do not want to care about any of this in the first place
Stop aligning yourself with the need to "Stop caring about any of this"

>But i belive my evolutionary instincts are making me care about it rage about it
Good observation, how is your body by any chance? Do you train it? Do you regulate your breathing as >>40597392 said? Or you let it be damaged by all the anxiety?

Stopping and seeing is an introductory Buddhist text well known and the fire kasina is a text by a westerner with some actual attainment in Buddhist techniques that might help with wrangling specific terms

Other than that relaxation, breath following, thought detachment, focused muscle relaxation, contemplation, prayer, mantra, hymns, kasina, corpse staring, refining, thinking, just fucking sitting without trying to think, visualization, memory palace, channeling, wall staring, tummo, trying to fucking enter a hallucination, staring at your reflection till it starts talking too you, chakra focus, micro cosmic focus, meridian focus, aura sight, dantian focus, invocation, evocation,

This is over a dozen different spiritual techniques vaguely defined as meditation and because the spiritual landscape of this hellhole is a salt flat with a bunch of isolated puddles of people with their fucking heads up their asses their is very little understanding of each other even of schools right next to each other or just the deeper levels of ones own faith beyond vague exoteric consensus spiritual seekers seem to nigh exclusively just fall over into the nearest puddle and stay there forever or just ping pong between a bunch of easy ones without gaining any real understanding even if the good shit of most could be condensed to a pamphlet

Meditation is an incredibly vague term that I have seen subdivided into hundreds of distinct techniques even within just one school and most of the assholes on here are too dense to even consider the idea you could be talking about anything beside their own personal understanding

Buddhists have so gotdang many different meditative techniques your crude terminology already tells me you are fucking clueless about what you are even trying to do which is horrible for a self practice Buddhism has the largest most organized and cohesive library of meditative techniques go back and fucking read till you know what your saying

most of the posting I have done does not have a user name in that field, but I'll mention that I was named by anons here for searching capabilities.
one thing I am kinda using this for is refining what I write, getting feedback on it, seeing what ways of putting things seem to work for people.

Basically he says: Keep an erect posture, be relaxed and teach your breathing to be deep and slow and using only the diaphragm without sniffing the air.
