Everyone has a "soul" but not everyone has a spirit. Only pneumatics have a divine spark and come from outside the Maya (matrix, illusion, material reality, simulation, etc.). Most people are just extensions of the demiurge or archons in disguise. I've heard different counts ranging from 10-100 thousand "real" humans.
OP, no point worrying about it. Why sweat it? Only reason to worry is if you're an NPC, but only you can answer that question

For the natives, though, the speed of time here has always been the same.
