fellow hemi sync follower checkin in. i removed a possession a few years ago, then i went back and killed it and several others i saw floating around, after that i couldnt go back for a year or two, even now its difficult.

are you familiar with donald marshall and the vril? he claims that the astral/other dimensions is simply them using rem interruptor tech. maybe hemi sync/meditation is just brute forcing your way in because ive been seen and pushed out before. A voice suddenly said "youre not supposed to be here!" and then i completely woke up. ive heard of many others with exact same experience, some i know irl
