Have you tried going out of bounds by foot? What's out there?
>>40605632 (OP)yes but I got distracted by the redundencies so I never made it.
>>40605643you even get distracted by some fields in the post form that should be left empty so thats no surprise
Top secret military installations
>>40605632 (OP)Not by foot, but I have tried a bit of irl glitch-hunting. One technique that gives me the most interesting results is total sensory deprivation Nothing tangible happens, but the experience suddenly makes it feel like I’m an incorporeal burst of energy.
Areas where time repeats itself
>>40605632 (OP)I used the randonautica app once, it felt a bit like that
>>40605632 (OP)I did that in Dragon Age Inquisition. I guess I was on a horse though.
>What's out there?Just pixels.
>>40605632 (OP)I think there's a walmart nearby where I live.
I'd prefer staying within bounds right now though (my room)
>>40605632 (OP)Have tried and take random routes but somehow always end up back at the same spot.
>>40605632 (OP)Interesting to see this here. Recently i started going to a dirt and stone road between two fields about 20km outside the city. I park and walk it back and forth. It's beautiful the smells, the colors the bugs. It all reminds me of childhood. Yesterday at dusk there was something jumping like a cangaroo from the wheat of the field, no sounds. It wasn't lit enough to see and i ran for it to my car. Maybe it was a doe or a big rabbit... No idea.
I like going very DEEP into forests alone,
EVERYTHING IS OWNED.
In Poland theres forest management. There's no actually "free" forests.
There's the main road and offshoots, often overgrown with grass, found a creek once, lot's of mud. Animal traces. Wolf tracks? (that one actually sparked anxiety) , boar tracks. Decided to follow a bumblebee, found even more boar tracks and wolf tracks. LOT'S OF MUD to the point i didn't want to go further.
Tweeted to a bird their song, it tweeted back, i tweeted again but something else, and the bird repeated after me (silliest experience of my life, felt like a druid)
Photo attached is from the time i drove 20km to a remote village, JUST TO FIND A "LEGAL FOREST PARKING" , Wanted to respect that silly law as an opportunity for exploration, because apparently parking anywhere near a forest is illegal! nearly got a ticket for that once but there was a lot of coincidence at once. Apparently those parkings are one per 70km^2 which is hilarious from the point of law.
But i also went into local forests by foot. Found an ominous circular black pond. LOTS OF DEER. Found pheasants too. I have seen a fox, cool critters. I just fear of eventually finding a bear or a wolf pack. (wolves more probable in my area). Knee high fluffy grass, pleasant smell of mushrooms.
The further you go the more joyful it feels. I decided to loose myself, tracking the direction by the sun. More or less knowing what direction to come back. Went DEEP into the offshoot way. Made by Forester security car. Mostly grassed up overall.. It's all just trees.. and mild hills.. sometimes fields, All the trees are set in a grid for the most parts. Forests aren't wild anymore. But the one i found an ominous pond in was natural.
All that happens is going back for a long time. Tired and exhausted.
>>40608799If you ever travel to America, California near Sequoia/Kings Canyon has great true wilderness at a mild temperature with no fear of bears or wolves. If you are more daring, Alaska of course has best untaimed wilderness but it’s humid and mosquito-ridden in the summer and Anchorage is a shithole. Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and Idaho comprise the Pacific Northwest which is lovely lush forests everywhere with some hills and mountains and you only have to worry about bears closer to Idaho
America is not worth visiting for the cities in which all the criticisms are true, but our forests are great especially on the West coast there aren’t crazy stereotypical hillbillies like in Appalachia (East coast) plus you can buy bear spray over the counter if you’re worried

>>40608799>>40609541I forgot to mention the best part and the main reason I replied: it’s all FREE. Extensive forest roads, marked trails, beaten paths, clear signs telling you at what point you can’t drive anymore or can now start a campfire, so on and so forth, hours and hours driving into the mountains. You can stop almost anywhere and just walk or camp and if you make a mistake the forest service is very lenient here. All of it you can open carry a firearm if you’re able to own one (citizen or friend of a citizen with a note of permission from him)
I don’t usually take pictures so I don’t have a great one, but this is from a small hike to a hidden lake with my wife and baby
>>40605632 (OP)Yeah one of my favorite things to do when I was get really drunk and walk in completely random directions at night. As for what's out there? It's houses, so many fucking houses.
