If this thread closes by itself, it wasn’t me.

It all started about a week ago when my internet began to fail every night at the same exact time: 3:12 AM sharp.
Always the same:
— Micro outage.
— Red light on the router.
— It comes back exactly after 66 seconds.
I thought it was the provider, I called them.
They said there were no recorded outages.
That my router didn’t even disconnect.
But I was seeing it happen.
Days 1/2/3:
I wake up exactly at 3:12 AM.
It’s not an alarm, not a coincidence.
I feel like someone’s touching my shoulder.
I sit in front of the computer. Router: red light.
Exactly 66 seconds later, it comes back on.
I start timing it. It happens every night.
Days 4/5:
I decide to record it. I set up a webcam focused on the router.
I check the video in the morning
Everything looks normal, except for one thing:
Right at the 44th second of the outage, a figure appears reflected on the shiny surface of the router.
I’m not in the room.
The figure slowly approaches, without moving.
Like it’s getting closer every couple of frames.
At 66 seconds, it disappears.
When I try to transfer the videos to my phone or upload them somewhere, I get "Error: File format not supported or file is corrupted."
Day 6 (last Saturday, the last day I left this all alone although it’s still happening because I needed to write it and post it somewhere for help):
In the morning I decided to check the video, in the files were supposed to be some of them because I have been recording it for some days, but they disappeared, I checked in the file trash, there wasn't anything.
Then I took the router apart. Opened it.
There is a symbol engraved inside, on the plastic, very fine:
Some white and black squares. I quickly copied it on paper and digitized it on my tablet.
If anyone can tell me what it means, I would be very grateful!
