Which book best explains Thelemic practice and philosophy without making someone sit through the thousands upon thousands of pages of the equinoxes among other Libers?

I'm aware that Thelema is a traditional system of ceremonial magick and philosophy however i don't really have the time to sit through all of those thousands of pages of cryptic Crowley poetry... Is there any book that gives a QRD on all of it?

Crowley's essay "Energized Enthusiasm" gives a more direct explanation of what he considers to be the key element in Thelemic workings.

Ok, I’ll explain, it’s basically the thelemic textbook. It’s the closest equivalent to the Golden Dawn’s ‘complete Golden Dawn’ book. You have all the key rituals/instructions from the equinox + magick in theory and practice + instructions on the yoga aspect of the aa (liber E etc.) + the book on magical tools + the blue equinox explaining (and containing) the book of the law
