(I chose to put giorgio bongiovanni because he's a FLAWED "christian" \ufo occultist, because I myself, am very flawed- even tho non heretical)
Can I \should I pray FOR stigmata? I genuinely feel dread at the idea of my relatives\ children relatives going to h* or extensive purgatory..I feel I, a firm catholic, have to "should the debt" and use my suffering to repair…I also have been involved with some stuff in my city, seeing grave suffering due to illness in the very poor, or extreme homelessness and poverty, I genuinely want my suffering to manifest material boons for such and such people.

>should I pray FOR stigmata?
No.
>have to "should the debt"
Do it by forgiving yourself.
>use my suffering to repair
Repair it through your efforts to do good, instead.

“For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)

“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9-10)

“¶ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

“For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.” (Ephesians 2:8-9)

It looks like you suffer from wicked bad scrupulosity, which may have roots in OCD or something like that. Speak to your pastor about Spiritual direction, having a priest you meet with once a month/week/whatever is incredibly helpful just in general, but especially when stuff like this weighs heavy on your soul.

Mortification of the flesh is important, but doing it wrong is dangerous at best and borderline idolatrous at worst. Look at the Rule of St Benedict for a helpful guideline on how to safely and piously direct your mortification - its not just for religious brothers, but a helpful guide for everyone. Pilgrimages are also a great way to properly mortify yourself - if you're in the US, there is one in Auriesville NY to the Shrine of the North American Martyrs every year - The Pilgrimage for the Restoration of the Latin Mass. (if you do it, look for San Fernando e Isabella brigade, you may meet me!)

Above all, remember that we are not gnostics. Discipline and mortification are good, but to overindulge is no different than masturbation - a cheap sensual gratification. The spiritual is important, but life is a gift as well. There's a reason we get our glorified bodies after judgement day. You will do better brining people you care about by making sure your own life is in balance and being an active member of your community - spiritual or otherwise. Focus on living well and enjoying life in a holy and well ordered way, get involved with your parish, "pray without ceasing," and as St Francis of Assisi says "Preach the Gospel at all times, and if necessary, use words."

It took God incarnate to carry the weight of man's sins, you are not expected to do so. Simply focus on making that Cross lighter, action by action, day by day.

Praying for you man!

In Christo Rege,
