i caught something like that blur on security camera, it was posted to a window with a 3 foot ledge and something made a noise like walking across the ledge when it happened
to bad i only used biz and didnt know this place had a conspiracy board because i wouldve posted the footage
my family didnt think it could be anything significant only other explanation they could come up was glitch
this was april/may of 2020 by the way, right when covid was kicking off
i'm starting to think these might just be advanced tech like a cloak

Notice how all the area around the object is blurred. The camera is struggling to autofocus on the ground. A small animal runs by and the camera (because its cheap and shitty) thinks its just more ground and tries to focus it in with the dirt. Its a weird artifact of video compression and digital autofocus, with a small animal running past. Maybe a bear cub or dog.

Insect flying across the camera, nearby, and out of focus.
